 ½ tsp garlic powder
 2 large chicken breast halves cut into 1" cubes
  cup almond flour
 1 egg
 ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
 ½ cup buffalo sauce divided

In a bowl, mix together the chicken cubes, egg, and 1/4 cup buffalo sauce. Marinate for up to 4 hours or for 30 minutes.

Set the oven to 400 °F.

Chicken breast cubes should be removed from the marinade, letting as much liquid drip off as possible.

Gently press the crumbs into place after dipping in the almond flour mixture. Spray some cooking spray on the top.

Bake the chicken for 15 minutes, or until done.
