- 8-10 large eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
- (washed and diced) 1 cup mixed bell peppers,
- SIX slices bacon, cooked and diced
- Salt and pepper

- To 375 degrees, preheat the oven and with a nonstick cooking spray, spray a 9×9 baking pan.
- Wash and dice your mixed bell peppers and in the bottom of your baking dish, place them.
- Mix in your (diced)bacon and put it aside.
- Whisk your eggs with a little salt and pepper in a mixing bowl(large).
- Mix in your shredded cheese and pour over your bacon and veggies.
- Until the center is cooked thoroughly, bake for 30-35 minutes.
- For several minute, let it sits, slice, and enjoy!
