Super Easy Egg Casserole Recipe Ingredients

  • 8-10 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese of choice
  • (washed and diced) 1 cup mixed bell peppers,
  • SIX slices bacon, cooked and diced
  • Salt and pepper

Super Easy Egg Casserole Recipe Instructions

  1. To 375 degrees, preheat the oven and with a nonstick cooking spray, spray a 9×9 baking pan.
  2. Wash and dice your mixed bell peppers and in the bottom of your baking dish, place them.
  3. Mix in your (diced)bacon and put it aside.
  4. Whisk your eggs with a little salt and pepper in a mixing bowl(large).
  5. Mix in your shredded cheese and pour over your bacon and veggies.
  6. Until the center is cooked thoroughly, bake for 30-35 minutes.
  7. For several minute, let it sits, slice, and enjoy!
