  • Almond flour 1 1/2 cup

  • Cream cheese, 3 oz.

Filling:

  • Egg 1

  • Mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup
  • Ricotta cheese 1 1/2 cup
  • Crumbled feta cheese 1/4 cup
  • Nutmeg 1/4 tsp.
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp.
  • Onion powder 1/2 tsp.
  • Minced garlic 1 clove
  • Butter 2 tbsp.

INSTRUCTIONS:

For the filling:

  1. On a normal flame, place a large pan, and next warm the butter within it.
  2. Then, add in the garlic, and then cook it till it gives an aroma.
  3. Add the nutmeg, onion powder, pepper, and salt and then cook for approximately 4 minutes, and then remove them from heat.
  4. Then, add the mozzarella, ricotta, and feta cheese to it and well mix them.
  5. Combine it by adding egg in it and then leave it on a side.

For the dough:

  1. Take a microwave-safe bowl and then add the mozzarella and cream cheese and then place it in the microwave for some minutes until the cheese melts.
  2. Now add the psyllium husk powder, almond flour, and then the egg into it and knead a dough.

Assembling:

  1. Heat your oven to approx 400 degrees.
  2. Take a 12×8 baking tray with the butter paper on the bottom and then place the dough over it along with the filling.
  3. Then, add the second layer of the dough to the filling and bake for half an hour.
  4. Take it out of the and slice it evenly.
  5. Serve it with any dip sauce.
