SOUR CREAM:
To get the creamy base, sour cream will be the best. If you want to have an alternative, you swap it with mayonnaise + a small amount of vinegar (white or apple cider).
Greek yogurt (plain) will also work for the base to be creamy.
SEASONINGS:
If you add salt & powdered peppercorn, then it will be best to set the taste. You may go for powdered garlic also if you like its taste.
LEMON JUICE:
The juice of lemon adds a refreshing boost to your salad. Always try to use the juice of fresh lemons, as they will give the perfect taste. You may use bottled juice of lemon if fresh juice is not available.
CUCUMBER:
Fresh cucumbers are best for the salad, but you may use the salad bought from the market as well. It depends on your choice whether you peel the skin or not.
DILL(FRESH):
The aroma of fresh dill gives you the best look & nutrients as compared to the dry dill. You may swap dill with parsley or chives, but they must be fresh.
We don’t recommend the dried herbs here, but you may use them if you don’t have the fresh option available.
ONION(WHITE/RED):
You may use any kind of onion here, but the red onion will give a more presentable look in the creamy cucumber salad.
OLIVE OIL:
We use the oil of olives to thin the dressing of the salad.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Wash the cucumbers very well with clean water & allow them to dry.
- Place the knife & chopping board at your place of work.
- Start making the 1/4-inch slices of cucumbers.
- Also, cut the thin slices of onion.
- Pick a bowl & include the onion and cucumber in it.
- Then sprinkle some salt & mix well.
- Leave it for some time.
- Meanwhile, use another vessel to make the dressing.
- Include all the dressing components in that vessel.
- Combine them thoroughly to make the dressing.
- Keep the salted veggies in the colander to drain the moisture.
