Peanuts helps keep the net carbs down and are a good source of fat and fiber. This recipe also uses sweetener, eggs, baking powder and apple cider vinegar.

With the “mother”, we recommend using organic and unfiltered apple cider vinegar because it contains naturally healing enzymes and nutrients. Other brands of apple cider vinegar(that are highly processed) do not contain the same nutrients because during the heating process, they have been killed off.

Research shows that to help fight the common cold, apple cider vinegar contains natural antibacterial properties. To help flavor your low-carb bread without the added sugars or carbs, it also has a sweet taste.

It does not contain flour which is the great thing about this recipe. Traditional bread contains white or wheat enriched flour, which contributes to conditions such as obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease and is highly inflammatory.

You can use other nut butter if you don’t have peanut butter on hand. Keto-friendly nut butters include pecan butter, almond, and macadamia(you can also use seed butter).

In fiber, seeds tend to be higher and in carbs, lower than many nuts, but they still contain as many healthy fats.

  • 1 cup peanut butter smooth
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp butter for greasing
  • 1 tbsp erythritol optional


  1. Preheat the oven to 300F.
  2. For bread (small), lightly butter a rectangular mold.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  4. In the mold, put the mixture and until it gets golden brown, bake for TWENTY FIVE minutes.
