- Large onion (white), 1

- Thyme leaves (fresh), 1 tsp
- 0.5 cup of flour (almond)
- Beef (ground), 2 pounds
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place a big skillet on the little flame.
- Include the butter in it.
- Fry the slices of onion and cover them in oil.
- Include the salt & stir in a constant manner.
- Fry them till they are tender & crispy golden brown.
- Include the fresh leaves of thyme & fry for an extra minute.
- Then put the skillet down from the stove.
- Switch the oven on & heat it empty at 350 degrees F.
- Spread the parchment paper on a large baking sheet (rimmed).
- Place a big bowl in your working place.
- Include meat (ground), almond flour, salt, powdered onion & peppercorns.
- Then include eggs & 1/2 of the fried onions.
- Combine all the things very well using your hands.
- Move the batter to the baking dish.
- Give your batter the shape of the loaf.
- Insert in the oven (heated) for 40/50 mins.
- When the meat thermometer shows 160 degrees F, that means your dish is ready.
- Now spread the cheese (shredded) & remaining fried onion on top.
- Return to keep it in the warm (not running) oven to melt & mix everything.
- Take out after 5 minutes, & your meatloaf is ready.
