  • 12 pieces of mozzarella cheese in strips
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup of almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, if you want a little spiciness

  5. In case if you are baking, place the mozzarella sticks on the baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. If frying, heat a small amount of oil (preferably olive) in a small skillet about 1/4 inch deep. Heat the oil over medium heat and fry until golden brown. There is no need to try to “fry” them. Brown all over
