To this low carb pepperoni pizza casserole, adding cauliflower rice makes it easy to get kids to eat their veggies! Additionally, adding a bit of cauliflower rice is a good way to hide vegetables in a recipe on a keto diet. They’ll never know! You can make your own pizza sauce if you don’t want to add tomatoes/prefer a sauce. Actually, because I’m not a garlic person (shock!), I usually make my own, and I like to control my flavors. At making your own, try your hand – we like this Atkins pizza sauce recipe and what makes it more “pizza sauce” and less “spaghetti sauce” is adding the sweetness.
