 10 tbsp unsalted butter, softened, not melted
 ½ cup sugar-free brown sugar, packed
 2 large eggs
 1.50 tsp pure vanilla extract
 1 ⅓ cups Finely ground almond flour, packed
  cup oat fiber*
  cup pecans, chopped
  cup unsweetened shredded coconut
 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
 ½ tsp ground cinnamon
 1 tsp baking powder
 ¼ tsp sea salt

Put a baking sheet in the oven while it is preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a stand mixer (or mixing bowl if using an electric hand mixer), add the butter and sugar-free brown sugar and beat on medium-high speed until creamy.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract after using a rubber spatula to wipe the sides of the mixing bowl. Cream and blend. Once more, scrape(with a rubber spatula) the sides of the mixer .

Take a bowl and mix remaining (dry) ingredients before being added to the mixer. Beat on medium-high.

Scoop the cookie batter onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for EIGHT to THIRTEEN minutes. Bake for EIGHT to ELEVEN(regular-sized cookies), and, bake for ELEVEN to THIRTEEN(bigger cookies).

Let the cookies cool for ten minutes. Enjoy!
