These Lettuce wraps have become the best way to enjoy sandwiches eliminating tortillas or bread. You won’t even notice the missing bread and the lettuce adds a perfectly fresh and crunchy texture that makes the them so much better.
To start making the tune salad make a mixture of mayo (sub: sour-cream, Greek yogurt, mashed avocado), sriracha, onion and albacore tuna. Mix the salad until it’s creamy.
After that, wrap or put the mixture into fresh lettuce leaves. You can use any type of green leaf lettuce or romaine, butter, iceberg. Romaine lettuce holds up the best. To top it all off, Sprinkle with tomato, shredded cheese, olives, ranch, for the topping and enjoy!

- 1 can tuna in water or oil, drained after
- 2 tbsp sriracha more or less to taste
- 2 tbsp. mashed avocado or mayo or Greek yogurt sour cream, or
- 1/4 cup onion diced
- 1/4 cup celery diced
- To Assemble Wraps
- Romain, butter, or any green leaf lettuce ,4 Lettuce leaves
- To Make the salad:
Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients until it’s creamy and mixted through.
- To Assemble:
For each wrap, place two leaves on lettuce on top of each other. Use half of tuna mixture to top each leaf and toppings of choice.
