INSTRUCTIONS:
- Include the olive oil in the non-stick griddle.
- We heat the oil on a medium setting.
- Add the beef to the skillet and sprinkle black pepper & salt on the beef.
- Sauté the beef so it gets brown & break its clumps with the spatula & drain the grease if required.

- Put a tortilla in griddle & include half quantity of cheese on the tortilla.
