High-Protein Blueberry Cheesecake Baked Oats are very delicious & filling. They are prepared quickly in only 50 minutes, perfect for a quick breakfast. These baked oats contain 360 kcal & 10g protein in a single serving. These oats have unsalted butter, sugar, whole milk, baking powder, vanilla essence, eggs, rolled oats, blueberries, cream cheese, fruit juice, and salt. These are very simple items, and we would easily obtain them from the stores. This breakfast bake is not suitable for a dairy-free diet unless you add a vegan substitute. We can easily store this bake for some time, so we would easily prepare it in advance. Serve this bake with cottage cheese, fresh fruits, and whipped cream.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1¼ cups whole milk + 1 tbsp.
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • One cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

INGREDIENT NOTES:

WHOLE MILK:

  • Add the whole milk to give a soft & creamy texture. It will offer the protein & calcium in the oats. We would use low-fat milk, though it will make the oats less rich.

ROLLED OATS:

  • Include the old-fashioned rolled oats to add good texture & it will improve the structure of baked oats. Don’t overcook the oats to maintain the substantial texture.

BLUEBERRIES:

  • Add the fresh or frozen blueberries, as both work nicely. You can directly add the frozen blueberries without defrosting.

CREAM CHEESE:

  • Add the soft cream cheese to make the creamy layer of the cheesecake. It should be full-fat to offer a rich taste, though we would also use reduced-fat cream cheese to make the light version.

BLUEBERRY PRESERVES:

  • Add the blueberry preserves to enrich the taste of blueberries, and it also adds a sweet taste to the topping. We would also use the regular blueberry preserves.

EGG:

  • Include the egg to combine the items of this bake. It will add indulgence & rich taste to the baked oats,

VANILLA ESSENCE:

  • Add the vanilla essence to boost the aroma and sweet taste, and it pairs nicely with blueberries.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. First we have to warm the oven at 190° C & brush oil on pan.
  2. Add the milk, egg, sugar, butter, and vanilla essence to a big vessel and whisk to make it smooth.
  3. Include the baking powder, rolled oats, and salt till everything is combined.
  4. Then add the blueberries to the oats mixture and mix gently with care.
  5. Include the cream cheese, sugar, milk, & vanilla essence in the other vessel & whisk till smooth.
  6. Add the mixture to the baking dish and spread it evenly, then add the cream cheese mixture on top and spread properly.
  7. Then include the blueberry preserves on the cream cheese layer and swirl softly with a toothpick.
  8. Add the dish to the oven and bake it for thirty to thirty-five minutes till the oats get set & golden.
  9. When it gets bakes then cool for ten minutes, then slice it & serve.
