INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package chopped salad mix (kale, Brussels sprouts, broccoli & cabbage)
  • 1 pack frozen shelled edamame
  • 2 packs Sriracha baked tofu
  • ½ cup spicy peanut vinaigrette

INGREDIENT NOTES:

CHOPPED SALAD MIX:

  • Add the chopped salad mix, which contains kale, broccoli, cabbage, & Brussels sprouts. Properly wash & strain the veggies, then add them to the vessel.

EDAMAME:

  • Include the defrosted, shelled edamame in bowl to add the vegan protein & slightly sweet taste. We have to make sure the edamame is properly defrosted & strained so the salad will not get watery.

SRIRACHA BAKED TOFU:

  • Add the Sriracha baked tofu to include the savory, spicy & protein-rich element in the salad. Cut the tofu into small size cubes so it mixes equally with the vegetables.

SPICY PEANUT VINAIGRETTE:

  • Add the spicy peanut vinaigrette on salad to make the creamy & nutty dressing base. We have to mix all the components so the dressing coats all the ingredients equally & provides a light spicy taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Include the chopped salad mix in the large vessel, and then include the defrosted and strained edamame in it.
  2. Now add the cubes of Sriracha baked tofu and include the spicy peanut vinaigrette on them.
  3. Gently mix the salad with the salad tongs to combine the items and coat them evenly.
  4. Add the salad to the serving vessel and serve the dish.
