High-Protein Biscoff Overnight Oats are a creamy & tasty breakfast. It contains rolled oats, whole milk, Greek-style yogurt, brown sugar, flaxseed, vanilla extract, seasonings, cookie butter, & Biscoff cookies. These items have whole milk and yogurt in it, so it is not good for dairy-free diet. These overnight oats are prepared in only 10 minutes so they are perfect for quick breakfast. These oats are recommended to have them chilled for the perfect creamy texture but you can store in the fridge for up to four days and freeze them for up to two months. We can easily serve these oats with sliced banana, fresh strawberries, and a protein smoothie.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. ground ginger
  • 1¾ cups whole milk
  • 2½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole-milk Greek yogurt
  • 4½ tsp. packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. cookie butter, such as Lotus Biscoff
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 2 crisp cookies, such as Biscoff, crumbled

INGREDIENT NOTES:

ROLLED OATS:

  • We add the old-fashioned rolled oats to include a hearty texture in the oats. It will soften nicely when we chill them.

WHOLE MILK:

  • Whole milk will make the oats creamy and rich. You can utilize another milk as you like, but it may make the texture slightly lighter.

GREEK-STYLE YOGURT:

  • Add the whole-milk strained yogurt to include creaminess and increase the protein content of the oats.

DARK BROWN SUGAR:

  • We add a small amount of dark brown sugar to include the sweet taste and subtle caramel-like flavor in the oats.

FLAXSEED:

  • Ground flaxseed will add fiber and healthy fats. It will also help to make the mixture thicker.

COOKIE BUTTER:

  • Add the Biscoff cookie butter to include the signature caramelized cookie flavor in the oats.

BISCOFF COOKIES:

  • We have to add the crumbled Biscoff cookies to include extra Biscoff flavor and a little crunch in the oats. Add them just before serving to keep the crunchiness.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Include the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla essence, spices, whole milk, & flaxseeds in the medium vessel.
  2. Now whisk all the components till the yogurt is equally mixed and all the items are combined.
  3. Cover the vessel and put in fridge for four hours or for whole night till the oats get soft and mixture get creamy & thick.
  4. Add these overnight oats equally in 4 jars then warm the cookie butter lightly and add it on them.
  5. Include the Biscoff cookies on them and serve.
