High-Protein Chickpeas alla Vodka

High-Protein Chickpeas alla Vodka is a creamy dish. It contains olive oil, seasonings, chickpeas, tomato sauce, vodka pasta sauce, baby kale, parmesan cheese, and a whole wheat baguette. These are simple items that we can find easily in the stores or in the kitchen pantry. This creamy dish has dairy items in it so utilize the vegan substitute for this purpose. It requires only 30 minutes, so it is good to prepare a quick dinner or lunch. High-Protein Chickpeas alla Vodka stores nicely in the fridge, so it is not good for long-term storage, as its texture will be ruined. Serve these creamy chickpeas with toasted whole wheat baguette, roasted broccoli, & mixed greens and cucumbers.

SWEET ONION:

  • Include the chopped sweet onion to add a mild, slightly sweet flavor to these chickpeas. We have to chop it equally so it cooks fast and mix properly.

VODKA PASTA SAUCE:

  • Include the vodka pasta sauce to create the creamy tomato base. We have to stir it properly with the chickpeas to coat them evenly and provide a rich, flavorful texture.

WHOLE-WHEAT BAGUETTE:

  • Include the whole-wheat baguette to provide a crunchy texture and complement the creamy chickpeas.
