Keto Farmer's Casserole

Very simple to prepare and a terrific option for breakfast! The eggs, bacon, and sausage in this Keto Farmer’s Casserole provide a substantial amount of protein, making it filling and hearty. Any kind of meat or vegetables will do!

INGREDIENTS

  • a pound of sausage
  • 1 lb. of bacon
  • Twelve eggs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar and 2 cups milk
  • sliced sweet onion, half
  • 1 diced bell pepper
  • Frank’s Red Hot, 1 tablespoon
  • 0.5 teaspoons of salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons of pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. The sausage should be brown and disintegrating as it cooks in a big skillet. Drain the grease, then set it aside.
  2. The bacon should be diced into bite-sized pieces and cooked until crisp in a large skillet with frequent turning. Put(drain grease) apart.
  3. Pre-heat oven 350 degrees. Use non-stick spray to coat a 9 by 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Crack the eggs. Put milk into mixing basin(large). Mix everything up thoroughly by whisking.
  5. Add the pepper, sausage, bacon, cheddar, onion, pepper, spicy sauce, and salt. Mix the ingredients together thoroughly.
  6. Pour the mixture into baking dish(prepared), and bake for THIRTY FIVE–FORTY minutes.
  7. Let it cool for five minutes.
  8. Slice & serve.
