Keto French Fries

Keto French Fries

Keto French Fries are a healthy snack. As kids are the fan of the french fries. This way you can give them a healthy & nutritious version of fries. We have swapped the potatoes with rutabagas to have the keto fries. They look like potato fries with very few carbs. Rutabaga consists of a bulb, celery-like stalks, & leaves that resemble the fresh dill. We only need a bulb here to make the Keto French Fries.
Follow the directions, tips,& tricks to have the best results.

TIPS:

If you want to have the extra crisp, then pick the baking sheet & place a rack on it. Arrange the seasoned fries on them in a layer. This baking apparatus will ease the hot air passage. This will guarantee you the extra crispy keto fries.

We have another trick you may use to have more crispy fries. Dip the rutabaga sticks for 0.5 hours. Drain the water & pat them dry before seasoning them.

You can make any of your keto sauce to serve as a dip for your keto fries.

STORAGE INFORMATION:

FRIDGE:
Pack your remaining fries using the locked vessel. Consume them within 3/4 days while keeping them in the fridge.

FREEZER:
Pick a large tray & spread the seasoned rutabaga fries on it in a layer. Let them solid in the freezer. Shift the keto fries to the bag that is appropriate for freezing once they are freezing solid.
You may bake them without defrosting. You only have to increase the baking time.

FAQs:

Why do we need to use rutabagas in place of potatoes for making french fries?
Regular French fries are always made from potatoes. Potatoes are very high in complex carbs and, thus, not appropriate for the low-carb diet.

How to serve the fries?
Keto fries pair well with so many kinds of dipping sauces (keto). Make any keto dipping sauce at home by yourself & enjoy the fries with it.

Can we add variety to the seasonings?
Sure, you may add or swap the spices. The change of flavor will save you from getting bored.
