  1. Take milk in the cup and add vinegar to it.
  2. Wait for 10 or more minutes till the conversion of lactose into lactic acid completes
  3. You will see the lumps of coagulated protein in the milk and vinegar mixture once the process of lactic acid formation completes.
  4. Now take the heavy cream in the glass jar.
  5. Transfer the lumpy milk & vinegar mixture to the jar of whipping cream and mix well.
  6. Cover the jar with a net cloth and secure it with the band. In this way, air can pass and our cream will be safe from any dust or bugs.
  7. Wait for 24 hours to convert heavy cream into sour cream.
  8. After a day you have your sour cream ready. Now remove the cloth, and seal it with its lid.
