  • 3 eggs
  • Half a cup of cream (heavy)

    0.5 cup, milk of almond (unsweetened)
  • Salt, 1/8 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence/cinnamon-flavored liquid stevia
  • 0.5 teaspoon of espresso (instant)
  • Cinnamon (ground), half tsp

KETO SWEETENER:

EGGS:
Whenever we use the eggs, they must be at the surrounding temperature. It is the universal rule for having the best results.

CREAM (HEAVY):
Always let the heavy cream come at the surrounding temperature for use in baking. You can also name it as double cream/thickened cream

COFFEE FLAVOR:
Instant espresso & a cup of brewed coffee add a strong coffee flavor. It also helps to cut the unpleasant odor of eggs. That is why we don’t need the essence of vanilla in this recipe.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Switch the oven on & heat it at 350 F.
  2. Apply the oil to the 4 ramekins.
  3. Place a saucepan on the stove on low flame.
  4. Add cream, milk (almond), and coffee to it.
  5. Heat while stirring in a continuous manner till it starts to steam.
  6. Turn off the stove before boiling starts.
  7. Plug in the mixer (stand) after placing it in your working place near the socket.
  8. Include powdered protein, eggs, Stevia, instant espresso, salt, & cinnamon in it.
  9. Add a small amount of that heated mixture to the vessel of a stand mixer.
  10. Start the mixer on low speed & start adding the heated mixture in portions.
  11. Stop the stand mixer as the smooth mixture forms.
  12. Divide the mixture between all the four oiled ramekins.
  13. Keep all these ramekins in the baking dish.
  14. Include the hot water in that dish (baking) such that an inch of the ramekins dip in that water.
  15. Place that baking dish inside the hot oven & close the oven door.
  16. Put the timer on for 25/30 minutes.
  17. Put the baked custard ramekins in the working place once the timer is off.
  18. Place the wrap (cling) attached to the surface of the egg custard.
  19. This will help to prevent the skin from forming on the surface.
  20. Let them come to the surrounding temperature.
  21. Use the fridge to chill it then serve!

TIPS:

 

When you have to taste the batter with raw eggs in it, there are chances that you may get sick. We recommend you add the eggs at last after adjusting everything else.
