FAQs:

Is it compulsory to stick to the almond flour for this recipe?
You may use any other gluten-free & keto flour, such as pecan flour or coconut flour.

What is the solution if our cake is hard/tough?
If you overmix the batter after combining all the items, then you will have the toughest cake. Stop mixing right after the combination of the ingredients. This will help you with the soft and spongy cake.

What type of pumpkin puree should we use? Canned or fresh?
Canned pumpkin has more carbs as compared to fresh ones. It is preferable to utilize the fresh puree of pumpkin in your recipe. Canned pumpkin has slightly higher carbs but not too many. So you may use it if fresh pumpkin is not available to you.
