Although it would not take much time, you can freeze the avocados & berries to save more of the time. You can customize the shake as well by swapping the berries with other berries or veggies.

INGREDIENTS:
- Powder of collagen, one scoop
- 1 cup of ice
- Salt, a pinch
- 1/2 cup of avocado
- Two tablespoons of keto sweetener (your choice)
- 0.5 cup of raspberries
- Oil of coconut, one tablespoon
- Half a cup of nut milk (your choice)
- Water, 1/2 cup
INGREDIENT NOTES:
AVOCADO:
Use fresh or frozen avocados. If using fresh, then wash and peel them first. Next, remove the seed & make its smaller pieces to blend it easily. Otherwise, blend it & freeze it using the tray of ice cubes
KETO MILK:
We are using the macadamia nut milk here as it has a high fat content with the lowest amount of carbs than the other keto milk. Otherwise, you can go for any other keto milk. If you are planning to drink the smoothie in place of a meal, then use cream (heavy) in place of the nut milk (keto).
RASPBERRIES:
We are using here raspberries (fresh/frozen). You can have other berries or veggies in its place. Only watch out for the carb content. You can also freeze the berries before to make your work a little quicker.
SWEETENER:
We have used the Swerve keto sweetener here because it is my personal preference. Any sweetener (keto) will work here.
SALT:
The addition of a small amount of salt will spike the taste of your smoothie to the next level.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Place the blender machine on the counter, near the socket.
- Plug it in the socket & pick its jug.
- Include all items (except ice) in the jug of the blender & close its lid.
- Fit the jug on its machine & process till all the items blend to have a smooth shake.
- Take the smoothie cups or two chilled glasses.
- Include the ice cubes in them.
- Shift the smoothie into both glasses over ice.
- The keto version of your raspberry avocado smoothie is ready to enjoy.

TIPS:
You can swap the berries if you want. Use any berry, like strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries. Look for carbs while swapping the berries.
You can make your shake more fuller by adding fiber (chia seeds, flax seeds). You can also include the protein powder. This will help you swap a meal with a shake for hunger satisfaction.
STORAGE INFORMATION:
There is no need to store the smoothie, as it is a lot easier to make it fresh.
You can prepare the avocados & berries to freeze them in the bags (zip-lock).
There is also an amazing option. Mashed the avocado to make the paste. Freeze that paste in the tray of ice cubes. Instead of using ordinary ice cubes, use those cubes. It will chill your smoothie & make it a lot tastier and richer.

Can we use any other fruit in place of raspberries?
Sure. Raspberries are not in season, & you are out of stock from the frozen ones as well. You may go for the other berries, cocoa powder, spinach, or kale.
What are the recommended sweeteners for this smoothie?
Here you can use any of your keto sweeteners that you would like to use. There are no restrictions. My favorite is Swerve; that’s why I have used it.
What nut milk would be the best?
I have used the macadamia nut milk in this smoothie. It is high in fats, tastes great, and is very low in carbs than other nut milks. Otherwise, you can use any other keto milk as well.
