  • Cut the cauliflower florets from its head, or you can also buy the pre-cut cauliflower florets. Do not utilize frozen cauliflower florets to make this dish, as they get mushy on cooking.

CREAM CHEESE:

  • Cream cheese is included in the cheesy cauliflower to make its sauce smooth and rich.

WHIPPING CREAM:

  • Whipping cream is utilized as a liquid to tender the cauliflower in it.

BUTTER:

  • Butter is added to this to make it more flavorful and delicious.

PEPPER JACK CHEESE:

  • This is added to make it cheesy; we can also add cheddar cheese or Monetary Jack cheese.

BACON:

  • Bacon is added to make this dish crispier and flavorful.

SALT & BLACK PEPPER POWDER:

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Apply the oil in the slow cooker.
  2. Then put the butter, black pepper powder, cauliflower florets, salt, whipping cream, & cream cheese in them.
  3. On the cooker and cook for about 3 hours.
  4. Then, add the pepper jack cheese to the cooker and mix them to get combined.
  5. Cook for thirty minutes or one hour till the cauliflower gets soft.
  6. Include the crumbles of bacon in them and serve them.

  • If you want to make it cheesier, then you can add the additional cheese. You can make a combination of two kinds of cheese or just use one cheese in a large amount to make it cheesy.

TIPS:

  • If you want to make the cauliflower somewhat soft, then lightly blanch the cauliflower for some time before adding it to the slow cook, this step is not necessary; you can avoid this just like I didn’t do this.
  • Properly dry the cauliflower with a paper towel to eliminate the additional moisture from it for a thick, smooth, & creamy sauce.
  • If you want to make your dish more indulgent, then add the extra cream cheese or whipping cream. You can also add almond milk / chicken broth to modify the consistency bestowing to your liking.
  • Saute the cauliflower in the bacon dripping left in the pan to make it tastier.
  • When the dish is ready to serve, then taste the dish and include some additional spices if required.
