CHAFFLES:
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tbsp. almond flour
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. garlic powder
- Pinch of salt

- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard

INSTRUCTION:
TO MAKE THE CHAFFLESS:
- Heat the waffle maker on medium heat.
- Apply the oil on it with the brush or cooking spray to prevent sticking up the waffles.
- Take a mixing bowl and add the baking powder, salt, garlic powder, mozzarella cheese, pepper powder, almond flour, & eggs.
- Mix it with the whisk till a smooth batter is formed.
- Pour the two to three tablespoons of batter into the waffle maker close the waffle maker.
- Cook them for 3 – 5 minutes or till get perfectly crispy and golden brown.
- Follow the same process to make all chaffles with the remaining batter.
MAKE THE CHICKEN SALAD:
- We can prepare the chicken salad filling meanwhile our chaffles will get cool down.
- Till then Grab the mixing bowl to make the filling.
- Add the sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded chicken, parsley, red onions, Dijon mustard & celery with salt & pepper
- Combine all the ingredients with the spatula to form the smooth filing.

- Take two chaffles and add the chicken salad filling in between.

TIPS:
- I use cheddar cheese to make these chaffles but you can also use a combination of cheese like parmesan, & pepper jack, or cheddar & parmesan to enhance its taste.
- We can include some additional things in our salad like eggs, pickles, avocado, bacon crumbles, or Greek Yogurt to make it more flavorful.
- You can also modify its taste by the addition of some spices like hot sauce, Sriracha, or jalapenos to make it spicy.
- We can make its filling with another kind of meat like beef or turkey as well.
