INGREDIENTS:

  • A pound of sausage(Italian)
  • 1 cup mozzarella(shredded)
  • 1/3 cup parmesan
  • 1 grated zucchini
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. minced onion
  • 2 tsp. minced garlic
  • 2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 tsp. salt

FOR THE CASSEROLE:

  • 1 cup keto-friendly pasta sauce
  • 8 oz. shredded cheese (mozzarella & provolone)

INSTRUCTION:

PREPARE THE MEATBALLS:

  1. Run the empty oven at three hundred & seventy five degrees F.
  2. Place the paper(parchment) in the baking sheet.
  3. Take a large mixing bowl and add the parmesan cheese, minced turkey, zucchini, sausages, mozzarella, onion, salt, eggs, garlic, and basil.
  4. Mix all of them with the spatula.
  5. We can form the 1.5-inch meatballs with our hands and place them on the plate.
  6. Then arrange the meatballs on the baking sheet and leave one finger gap in between in this way put 16 to 20 meatballs.
