  • ¼ cup Salsa
  • 1 oz. Zucchini Chips

  • A tsp of Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp. Paprika
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 0.25 tsp. Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Water

INSTRUCTION:

COOK THE TURKEY MEAT:

  1. Place the large skillet on moderate heat and add the minced turkey meat to the skillet.
  2. We saute the meat till the meat gets brown for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add the taco seasoning mix which includes the onion powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper powder, chili powder, and paprika powder, and mix them with the spatula.
  4. Now we can add ¼ cup of water mix it with the meat.
  5. Cook for an additional 2 to 3 minutes or till the liquid gets mostly evaporated then put the skillet on the shelf.

PREPARE THE SALAD INGREDIENTS:

  1. While turkey is cooking we can wash all the salad ingredients and chop them.
  2. We can wash the onions, Romanian lettuce, and avocado with water.
  3. Take the knife and chop all the vegetables finely.

ASSEMBLE & SERVE THE SALAD:

  1. Take a large salad bowl and add the finely chopped vegetables, minced turkey, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
