INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Include the butter, cream(heavy), & sweetener in the saucepan.
  2. Place the saucepan over a normal flame & start stirring.
  3. The mixture will begin to turn golden after a few moments.
  4. Once the caramel is golden, extinguish the flame.
  5. At this moment, include the little salt & essence of vanilla to finalize our caramel.
  6. Refrigerate it once it comes to the surrounding temperature.
  7. It will take roughly 30 minutes to solidify.
  8. Take out the chilled caramel & separate the portion using a scoop.
  9. Roll the separated caramel portion to make a ball.
  10. Keep that ball on the tray(lined with parchment).
