CHICKPEAS:

  • Use salt-free chickpeas to provide the vegan protein and fiber content in the dish. They will make the snack filling and delicious as well. You can have better control of the salt with them. Dry the chickpeas properly so they crisp well.

AVOCADO OIL:

  • Avocado oil is used to stick the seasoning on the chickpeas and to make them crisp. They have a high smoke point, so it is good for oven cooking. You can also utilize olive oil if required.

DRIED HERBS:

  • Add the chives, dill, tarragon, or parsley to these chickpeas. Chives will provide a light taste like onions, and dill will add the tangy herb taste similar to ranch dressing. Tarragon will boost the flavor of herbs. They will make this snack fresh and delicious.  

GARLIC & ONION POWDER:

  4. Include the dried herbs and seasonings in the vessel and mix properly to coat the chickpeas well.
  5. Now, include the chickpeas in the tray in one layer.
