- 1 large clove garlic
- 1 pack marinated baby beets
- 1 tbsp. honey
- ½ tsp. Aleppo pepper
INGREDIENT NOTES:
FETA CHEESE:
- We have to utilize the brine containing feta cheese to offer the good taste & texture. Avoid using the pre-crumbled feta cheese as it is dry and has anti-caking agents.
CREAM CHEESE:
- Add the cream cheese to make the dish creamy. It should be soft to prevent lump formation.
GREEK YOGURT:
- We have to utilize the whole milk to make the creamy & tangy dish, and it will also nicely balance the dish and won’t make the dip thin.
MARINATED BEETS:
- We have to utilize the pre-marinated baby beets to save time, and it also includes the additional seasoning layer. We can also utilize the plain roasted beets but marinate them before use.
ALEPPO PEPPER:
- Add the Aleppo pepper to include the red hue and light warmth. We would also include the smoked paprika or red pepper flakes instead if required.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add the feta crumbs, cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, & Greek yogurt to the food processor.
- Now blend the mixture for one to two minutes on high speed till it gets smooth & fluffy.
- Add the whipped feta cheese to the plate and make the swirl with the back.
- Now put the marinated baby beets on the whipped feta and sprinkle the chopped pistachios & dill on top.
