INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 pack potato gnocchi
  • â…“ cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

INGREDIENT NOTES:

BUTTER:

  • Add the unsalted or regular butter to add the indulgent & smooth taste in it. It also helps to brown the gnocchi properly.

POTATO GNOCCHI:

  • Utilize the potato gnocchi to make the foundation of this dish. It will get soft when we cook it & goes nicely with chocolate sauce.

HEAVY CREAM:

  • Add the heavy cream to prepare the smooth & creamy chocolate sauce. It will help to coat the gnocchi equally.

SEMISWEET CHOCOLATE:

  • Add the semi-sweet chocolate to add the indulgent chocolate taste and it will not make the dish too much sweet.

SUGAR:

  • Include the sugar granules to form the cinnamon sugar taste and it will enrich the sweet taste of the chocolate.

CINNAMON:

  • Include the cinnamon to provide the warm aroma & taste in it and it will provide the real cinnamon sugar taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. You can boil water in large pot then include the gnocchi in it and cook till required then strain and set aside.
  2. Add the butter in pan and melt it on medium flame.
  3. Include the cooked gnocchi & cook for three to four minutes by mixing them occasionally till it get golden lightly.
  4. Decrease the flame to low & add the heavy cream in it and mix softly.
  5. Include the semisweet chocolate and mix completely till the sauce melts and gets smooth & creamy.
  6. Put the cinnamon & sugar in the small vessel and mix & sprinkle it on the gnocchini to coat them then serve.
