Easy Keto Stromboli. With this Recipe, you are going to fall in love! I promise! From the Keto Fat Head Pizza Dough recipe, this recipe is a bit different.
The way you make this recipe is very similar though.
Keto Stromboli Recipe Ingredients
1 3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese
3/4 cup Almond Flour
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
One cup of Ground Beef, Pre-cooked
3 Tablespoons Rao’s Spaghetti sauce
2/3 cup Shredded Cheese
Keto Stromboli Recipe Instructions
In a bowl, combine the parsley seasoning and the Mozzarella Cheese.
Until it’s melted, heat the cheese. For about ONE minute, this can be done in the microwave. Or using a double broiler, you can do this on the stovetop.
To the melted cheese mixture, add the Almond Flour and Egg.
On a nonstick baking sheet, put the dough (or parchment paper) and until it combines and comes together, knead the dough.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on top of the dough after the dough has come together and use a rolling pin to flatten the dough.
Combine the shredded cheese, Rao’s sauce, and pre-cooked ground beef together in a separate bowl.
Into squares, cut the dough.
Into each square, place about a tablespoon full of the beef filling. To make a triangle, fold the dough and press the edges together until they stick.
On a baking sheet, place each Stromboli triangle with a nonstick baking mat or a piece of parchment paper (they will stick, if not).
For about FIFTEEN to TWENTY minutes, bake at 350 degrees until they are golden brown.
