BUTTERNUT SQUASH:
- Utilize the butternut squash to prepare these rounds. Make the thick & even slices so they cook in the same amount of time & hold their shape nicely during roasting.
BRIE CHEESE:
- We have to add the Brie cheese to these rounds. Cut it into even pieces so it melts nicely & provides the creamy taste. We would also utilize Camembert or goat cheese instead to add a different taste.
TOASTED WALNUTS:
- Add the chopped toasted walnuts to these rounds so they provide a crunchy texture & nutty taste. We have to toast them lightly to enhance their natural aroma & flavor.
UNSALTED BUTTER:
- Utilize the unsalted butter to prepare the sage butter, & it also adds a rich taste to these rounds. We would also utilize vegan butter instead if required to make it safe for a dairy-free diet.
