- Add the medium sweet potatoes to make this dish. It is the basic component of this recipe. Make equal ¾ inch rounds of sweet potatoes, so they cook in the same amount of time.
PARMESAN CHEESE:
- Include the parmesan cheese to add a savory taste. We have to shred it fresh so it melts smoothly & crisps nicely.
OLIVE OIL:
- We have to utilize the olive oil to help the sweet potatoes get crisp & golden. It will also add good fat content to the dish.
FRESH THYME:
