  • We can utilize regular or whipped mascarpone cheese. We have to mix & whip it, then spread it. It is best to utilize the full-fat mascarpone to make this dish, to provide a creamy base.

BERRIES:

  • We can utilize fresh or frozen berries. Defrost & dry properly then add them. It is best to utilize a mix of raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries to make this dish, as they add fiber, vitamins, & a natural sweet taste.

WHOLE-GRAIN BREAD:

  • Utilize the whole-grain bread and toast it till crisp. It will significantly increase the protein & fiber content. It is best to utilize a high-protein or sprouted grain bread to make this dish.

MINT LEAVES:

  • Add the fresh mint leaves, which have a bright, herbaceous note in them, and they will provide the perfect flavor that cuts through the richness of the cheese.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Put the whole grain bread slices in the toaster and toast till it get crisp & golden.
