- Now pour the broth and fish sauce into the noodle soup, then simmer gently and cook for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, make the rice noodles as mentioned on the pack, then strain and put to the corner.
- Then include the snap peas and onion slices in the broth and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes till they get soft lightly.
- Include the thin beef slices in the warm broth & cook for two to four minutes till the beef gets cooked properly.
