SUNGOLD CHERRY TOMATOES:

OLIVE OIL:
- Add the olive oil to cook the garlic & tomatoes. It will add a slight flavor to the pasta & help to make a smooth base for sauce.
GARLIC:
- Utilize the crushed garlic cloves to add an indulgent & savory flavor to the olive oil & tomatoes. Cook the garlic softly so it becomes aromatic and doesn’t get burned.
SALT:
- Utilize a small amount of salt to improve the sweet taste of the tomatoes & stabilize the flavors of the pasta & Parmesan.
WHOLE-WHEAT SPAGHETTI:
- Add the whole-wheat spaghetti to raise the fiber & protein of the dish. It will also provide a hearty texture which pairs with the creamy tomato & butter sauce.
UNSALTED BUTTER:
- We have to use cold unsalted butter to make the rich & smooth sauce. Add the cubed butter in the end so it melts slowly & blends with the tomato juices & pasta water.
PARMESAN CHEESE:
- Utilize the Parmesan cheese to make the creamy texture & it also adds the savory, nutty taste. It also offers protein & calcium to the dish. It is best to use fresh cheese, which melts more smoothly.
