Instructions:
- Take a pot, add olive oil and butter to it, and place the pot on heat. Leave it for a maximum of 1 minute until the butter is melted with olive oil, then add onions and stir it until it keeps smooth. then add the garlic clove and stir it for 2 minutes.
- Take another pot, add bacon to it, and stir it for a few minutes until it becomes crispy.
- Place a clean tray over the clean kitchen towel at the bottom of it. Transfer the crispy bacon to the dish and set it aside.
- Take a bowl, put rice in it, and add water in, then wash the rice 3–4 times with water and rest for later use
- Remove the water from the rice and take a pot, add water to it, and add rice and salt.
- Put it over the heat and give it a boil.
- Take another pot, add water, add veggies, carrots, and cauliflower, and boil.
- Take the bowl of crispy bacon and transfer it to the pot of cooked onions and garlic. Place the pot again on heat and add the boiled veggies and rice. Stir it until it fully combines with the sauce. Add salt, oyster sauce, and black pepper, and combine it well. cook it for almost 10 minutes until it is combined.
