I used frozen scallops to prepare this dish. We recommend here to use sea scallops as bacon scallops are too small.
JUICE OF LEMON:
Always squeeze the juice from the fresh lemons, as it gives a nice flavor. Moreover, you may use a bottled one, but it wouldn’t taste as wonderful.
FLAVORING:
Make the blend of vinegar, ketchup,& chili garlic sauce. It will give the delicious flavor to our bacon-wrapped scallops.
BACON:
Slice the bacon and then wrap the scallops with them.
KETCHUP:
We use a keto version of ketchup to maintain the calorie amount.

- Switch the oven on & heat it to 350 degrees.
- Apply a culinary spray as a mist to the baking sheet.
- Then, place the first layer of sea scallops in this tray.
- Bake it for 10-20 minutes until crunchy.
- Shift on the kitchen paper so it absorbs any extra oil.
- In the meantime, fill a big pan with avocado oil.
- Warm it to normal flame for 2/4 minutes.
- Lightly cook the scallops for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
