- 8 slices of deli roast beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 4 slices of provolone or mozzarella cheese

ONION:
- Onions are a little bit higher in carbs, but if you use them in a limited amount, it will not increase your net carbs. It requires adding classic flavour to our roll-ups.
BEEF:
- You may find the deli beef that is roasted & sliced(thinly) at the deli counter of any grocery store. Be careful of any additional carbs while choosing the deli beef from the store.
MUSHROOMS:
- Here, using mushrooms is not mandatory. If you like to add them , then go for cremini/button mushrooms.
SEASONINGS:
- You may use the kind & amount of spices as per preference of your taste. Here, we are using powdered garlic, salt, flakes of red pepper, & powdered black pepper.
BELL PEPPERS:
- You can either use the combo of all red, green, & yellow bell peppers or only green. We advise that you should avoid to use only red bell pepper as it will increase the carb count of your dish.
OIL OF OLIVES:
- We will need oil to saute the veggies. You may choose any oil between avocado/olive. They will add the content of healthy fats to your recipe.
PROVOLONE CHEESE:
- We are using provolone cheese as written under the ingredients heading. Cheese is a key item of the cheesesteak roll-ups recipe. You may use any cheese from Swiss, provolone, cheddar, or mozzarella as per your preference.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Set the normal flame after lighting the stove.
- Place a skillet with oil of olives in it.
- Include onions, bell peppers, & mushrooms once the oil gets heated.
- Saute these veggies till they become soft (around five/six mins)
- Sprinkle with spices as per your choice and taste(salt, pepper, any other optional spices).
- Grab the deli-roasted beef slices & spread them at your workplace.
- Place sautéed veggies & then half a slice of cheese on each deli beef slice one by one.
- Then roll each of the beef slices in the proper way.
- Place the roll-ups with their open end down in the skillet.

- Once the roll-ups come to normal surrounding temperature, transfer them to a container(sealed). This way, you can enjoy them for four days while keeping the container in the fridge.
FREEZER:
- Pack each roll-up individually in the foil(aluminium)/parchment. Then transfer all of them to a bag(freezer-safe). Now, they are ready to store for at least thirty days. You can either heat them from frozen or defrost them before reheating.
REHEATING:
