- 3 cups of nuts and your choice of seeds for 1 cup of almond butter
- a choice of 1/2 cup sticky sweetener
- Coconut oil, 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Grab baking dish(8 × 8-inch) and line it with parchment paper. Put aside.
- Melt your preferred chocolate chips, almond butter, sticky sweetener, coconut oil, and sticky sweetener together in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Add your preferred nuts or seeds and stir until well blended. Then into baking dish which is prepared, pour the mixture(keto crunch bar). Get a spatula and smooth it evenly.
- Refrigerate/freeze until it gets solid.
