- 4 Salmon Fillets (170 g each)
- Half a cup of Defrosted Spinach, Frozen.
- Black Pepper, To Taste, Freshly Ground.
- A Pinch of flakes of red pepper.
- Salt, To Taste.
- A quarter of a tsp of dried Garlic, Grounded.
- 227 grams of Softened Cream Cheese (about Half a block)
- Two tablespoons of Butter
- Juice of Half Lemon.
- ½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded.
- A Couple of Tbsp. Of Olive Oil, Extra-Virgin.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Drain the Spinach to remove excess water and Saute for a while.
- Take a large bowl and prepare the stuffing by mixing the Sauteed Spinach, Cream Cheese, Garlic Powder,
- Mozzarella Cheese, and flakes of red pepper.
- Salt and ground black pepper should be applied on both surfaces of each salmon fillet.
- Now Cut the Fillets lengthwise with a Sharp Knife to create Pockets for filling.
