Tips:

You can also sweeten your protein ball by adding some sweetened protein powder.
The mixture of the protein balls can be thick in consistency by adding a small amount of water to it.

Equipment’s:

Spatula (to mix all ingredients)
A blender

Ingredients:

1 cup Keto-granola (can buy from the store or homemade)
½ cup Protein powder (can also use any sweetened protein powder)
½ cup Creamy peanut butter
¼ cup of honey (To add good flavour)
2-3 ounces of chocolate chips
½ teaspoon Sea salt
1-2 tablespoon butter

Ingredients Notes:

Make sure all the ingredients are fresh and nutritious.
You can also use any sweeter protein powder to make the flavour of proteins ball-tasting.
The sea salt is optional you can add it to get a good flavour. The taste of the protein ball is also good by putting some dry fruits in it like almonds, coconut, walnuts etc.

Instructions:

  1. Take the keto granola and make its powder in the blender.
  2. Make sure all the granola will become a powder properly.
  3. From this, you can make the perfect ball shapes.
  4. Now, Add the keto granola powder into the bowl and then similarly add the peanut butter, or any protein powder to make your protein balls sweet and add the protein powder, now take the spatula and blend all the protein ball ingredients well.
  5. Make the thick consistency of the protein balls so that they will stick well and easily come into all shapes.
  6. If the batter is very dense then add a small amount of water.
  7. After this add the mixture of the protein balls into the muffin bowl having the shape of the balls.
  8. Add all the mixture and then adjust all the protein balls in the muffin-shaped bowl perfectly.
  9. Set the protein balls in the fridge for up to 1.5 hours.
  10. Now, take the chocolate chips melt them in a pan and add the butter to it. The use of a microwave oven can also give the best results.
  11. Dry fruits can also be used as an alternative to chocolate chips. You can use or apply your opinion also.
  12. Take the protein balls out of the fridge.
  13. Sprinkle or mist the chocolate chips to enhance the flavour of the protein balls.
  14. To prepare the balls fully place them in the fridge for 30-35 minutes.
  15. Take them out and enjoy your protein balls.
