INSTRUCTION:
- Take the instant pot and put the thighs of the chicken (2 lb.) at the bottom and add taco seasoning (3 tbsp.), salt and pepper (to taste).
- Pour the cream cheese (4 ounces), salsa (1 mild or hot), and chicken soup (1/4 cup) into the pot.
- Close the lid of the pot and set it for 20 minutes.
- When it is cooked, release the pressure automatically for about 15 mints.
- After 15 mints release the remaining pressure by the vent, then open the lid of the pot.
