- 8 oz of softened cream cheese
- A stem of bell pepper (decoration)
- 1+1/2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- To taste, salt
- 0.5 cup of mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- Powdered paprika, half tsp
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- Powdered onion (dry), One tsp
- 4 slices of crumbled bacon (cooked)
- Powder of garlic, 1 tsp
- A tablespoon of chopped green onions

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pick a big vessel & place it on the working shelf with all the items.
- Include all the items in that vessel (except 0.5 cups of cheddar cheese).
- Now mix them well together.
- Spread the two sheets of wrap (cling) on an empty, clean shelf in transverse.
- Place the little reserved shredded cheddar cheese in the middle.
- Now shape the cheese mixture into the ball.
- Put that ball over the cheese (shredded) in the middle of the wrap.
- Now stick the cheese with your hands over the whole ball & wrap the sheet.
- Use the elastic bands to make the sections like pumpkins.
- Place the wrapped ball in the fridge to get firm (2/3 hours).
- After the required time passes, then remove the ball from the fridge.
- Unwrap it, then place it on the serving plate.
- Set the stem of the bell pepper on the top.
- So, the final look resembles the original pumpkin.

TIPS:
If the surrounding temperature of your workplace is suitable for the recipe, then your cheeseball will be able to get rolled in the reserved shredded cheese. This is another method you can use.
Here in the recipe, we are using elastic bands to form the pumpkin sections. You may use the strong thread & wrap it around to create it like a real pumpkin.
If you want it to be less spicy, then use jalapeno without seeds.
