INGREDIENTS:

Half a cup of strong coffee (brewed)
Almond milk (unsweetened), 3/4th cup
One-fourth tsp of vanilla essence
2 tablespoons of cream (heavy)
Pumpkin Pie Spice, 1/4 + 1/4 tsp
Puree of pumpkin, two tablespoon
Whipped cream (sugar-free)
2 tsp of keto sweetener (allulose)

INGREDIENT NOTES:

PUMPKIN PIE SPICE:
You can have this blend from any grocery store. We prefer to have the homemade version. You only have to mix the 5 ground spices. By this, you have your homemade version ready.

MILK:
You have the option to use regular dairy milk or low-carb milk (almond, coconut, hemp, oat, etc.). It is better to use neutral-flavored milk. So, you can add vanilla essence only to the cup of a person who prefers it.

SWEETENER:
You may use a granular sweetener (keto) as well. It may dissolve in hot milk using a frother with convenience. Otherwise, liquid sweetener (keto) would be best.

COFFEE:
We prefer strong brewed coffee & most of the shops use espresso in lattes. The strength of coffee should be again up to your personal preference.

VANILLA ESSENCE:
The sweet fragrance of vanilla essence gives our latte a tasty finish.

PUREE OF PUMPKIN:
Commercial latte may use the essence of pumpkin. We always prefer the puree of pumpkin to have the real taste.

WHIPPED CREAM (SUGAR-FREE):
At the end, use whipped cream for garnishing. Use cream of coconut if you want to go for dairy-free version.

INSTRUCTIONS:

We are providing two methods. use which one you like. Follow the directions to have the best results:

STOVE-TOP METHOD:
Place a small saucepan on your working table.
Include puree and pie spice (pumpkin), milk, heavy cream, & sweetener to it.
Mix everything well.
Now place the saucepan on the stove on normal heat.
Turn the flame off once the mixture is hot enough.
Fill the mixture into the 12-ounce mug from the saucepan.

MICROWAVE:
Place a mug (12- oz) on your work surface.
Add cream (heavy), milk almond, sweetener, and pumpkin (puree & pie spice) to that mug.
Insert that mug in the microwave, shut the door & rotate it for 50 or 60 seconds.
Transfer the mug with care (as it is too hot) from the microwave to the work surface.

When you complete the heating part, now add vanilla essence to the mug & mix.
At last, include the brewed coffee, and combine it well.
Garnish with cream (whipped) at the top.
Dust with some of the pumpkin pie spice.
Your pumpkin pie spice latte is ready.

TIPS:

If you want to have less clean-up activity at the end, use the mug to heat everything.

Make sure to heat milk well but not boil it.

Use a milk frother to have a more creamy latte with easy dissolving of keto sweetener.
