This Keto Salad Dressing is delicious, tangy, zesty, & tasty. You can use this dressing to make the marinade or salads. You can also make limitless alterations in flavor according to your liking/requirements. We have not used oil to make it low-calorie. We just require a mason jar to make this, instead of a food processor or blender. This Keto Salad Dressing features simple ingredients like vinegar, sweetener, garlic salt & pepper that are easily present in our homes. This dressing only contains 1g of protein & 1g of net carbs in it.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon swerve brown
  • 1 piece of crushed garlic
  • ¼ cup water lukewarm
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Take a small bowl & place it on the working bench.
  2. Add black pepper powder, swerve brown, Italian seasoning, water, garlic, red wine vinegar, & salt.
  3. Whisk all the ingredients till they get smooth properly.
  4. Drizzle one tbsp. of salad dressing over the salad.

TIPS:

  • This recipe is perfect for family-size salads but if you want to make it for guests you can increase the amount of ingredients according to the requirement.
  • If you want to make the salad dressing more rich then add the oil in the salad in 3 (salad dressing) in 1 (oil) ratio. It is better to utilize olive oil or any keto-friendly oil.
  • Taste the salad dressing and adjust the amount of salt & pepper in the salad according to the requirement.
  • We can also alter the half amount of vinegar with Greek yogurt. Calories will increase if we add this but protein content will also increase.
  • If you want to have some fresh taste and color then we can also add different herbs in our dressing.

FLAVOR VARIATION:

  • We can make this salad dressing in the French style by the addition of olive oil with white vinegar.
  • You can also substitute half the amount of vinegar with lemon juice.
  • Make the balsamic vinaigrette by using balsamic vinegar & maple syrup and skip the seasoning.
  • We can also make the addition of fresh raspberries and exclude the seasoning to make it raspberry vinaigrette.
  • You can use apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey & olive oil to make Honey & mustard salad dressing.
  • This salad dressing should also be prepared in Asian style by swapping the white vinegar with rice vinegar, salt with tamari, and adding some ginger to it.

  • We can easily store this dressing in an air-tight container & store the dressing for around one week.
    Properly mix the dressing with the whisk before you can use it.
