  • You can use any other extract like vanilla, almond, or caramel if you want to avoid peppermint extract.

COCOA POWDER:

  • For a nice taste and smell, cocoa powder of Dutch is used.

INSTRUCTION:

BISCOTTI:

  1. Turn on the oven to heat up over three-seventy-five degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Oil of coconut is used instead of butter. Avoid white chocolate dripping.

Can I use a different sweetener?

  • You can use any other sweetener as well but any sweetener that contains allulose, or xylitol doesn’t give the required result. So I prefer to use Erythritol base sweetener to get crisp cookies.
