- 1 large head Cauliflower
- ¼ cup Avocado oil
- 1 lb. Ground turkey sausage
- 7 tsp. Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup Tomatoes
- 1/3 cup Red onion
- ½ medium Avocado
- 2 tbsp. Fresh cilantro

INSTRUCTION:
- Heat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Apply the oil on the baking sheet with the brush.
- Put the cauliflower chips in the bowl and add avocado oil & 1 tbsp. Taco seasoning.
- Toss them properly to get coated.
- Put those chips in one layer on the sheet carefully so that they do not overlap with each other.
- Roast these cauliflower chips in the oven for twenty minutes or till they get brown & crispy.
- In this time brown the turkey sausage with taco seasoning in the skillet on the moderate to high.
- Break the sausage to form the crumbles of them.
- When both are done; turn the sides of the chips and add the taco seasoned sausages on them with some red onions, tomatoes, & cheese.
- Put them in the oven and bake them for five minutes; when it is done take it out & garnish them with more cheese.
TIPS:
- Cut your cauliflower florets into chips evenly & thinly so they can get properly cook and gets crisp in the same time.
- Avoid putting lots of cauliflower chips on the sheet; if you want to make it extra crispy & crunchy. If you place lots of chips on the sheet it will get steamed and mushy.
- The time to roast the chips depends up on how much thin or thick the florets are if they are thin they require less time if they are thick they require more time.
