INGREDIENT NOTES:

BANANA:

  • The fruit of the banana is higher in carbs. We advise you to use the essence of the banana for a stronger flavor & more control over the carb count.

WHIPPING CREAM:

  • The whipping cream is the base of the fluff. You may go for the cream of coconut for a non-dairy version.

CHOCOLATE CHIPS:

  • Go for the mini-sized chocolate chips that must be free from sugar. Swap it with the dark chocolate(chopped) to lower the carb count even more.

SWEETENER:

  • We advise you to go for the powdered version as it gives the best texture. You may use any one from the stevia blend, erythritol, monkfruit, or allulose as per your taste.

PINEAPPLE:

  • Just like bananas, pineapples are also high in sugar, so we have to use them in a limited amount, which doesn’t give you the flavor properly. So you may go for the essence of pineapple to have the proper flavor.

NUTS:

  • They will add nutrition & crunch to the dessert. You may go for nuts like macadamia, almonds, hazelnuts, etc., or skip them completely.

COCONUT:

  • This is optional for flavor as per your desire.

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Include the sweetener, cream(heavy), & essence of vanilla in a big bowl.
  2. Beat them up till the formation of soft peaks using the electric mixer(hand)/whisk.
  3. Next, include the chocolate chips, strawberries(chopped), pineapple/cherries, and coconut(shredded).
  4. Fold them using your gentle hands.
  5. Include the essence if you want & mix it well.

  7. Shift them to the refrigerator to chill for a minimum of 0.5 hour.

TIPS:
