- 2 tbsp. white miso
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 4 cups unsalted chicken broth
- 1 pound sweet potatoes

WHITE MISO:

SWEET POTATOES:
- It will provide the fiber content and natural sweetness in the dish, and we have to make equal slices so it cooks equally.
CHICKEN:
- Chicken is added to prepare this casserole and it adds the protein content with less to no fat. Make even slices so it cooks nicely.
BROWN RICE:

CHICKEN BROTH:

GARLIC:

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add the miso, thyme, cashews, and chicken broth in the blender and blend them till they get smooth.
- Take a pot then add sweet potatoes and water. Then cover it cook for 8 to 10 minutes until soft.
- Warm the oil in the pan and add the chicken in it then sprinkle the salt.
- Cook the chicken till it gets brown then put them aside.
- Take the other pan then add the oil and include the garlic and onions. Cook them till they get aromatic
- Then add the brown rice and add the chicken broth in it and cook on low flame till it gets soft.
- Include the chicken, spinach, sweet potatoes, and sauce in it and stir nicely.
- Add them in the casserole dish and bake for 375 degrees F for 20 minutes till it gets golden lightly.
